Our vision is a world that recognizes the similarities and differences and uses them in a positive manner. The mission is to help this vision become a reality via media such as the spoken, written, and drawn word. For this reason, we carry all forms of expression: books, art, poetry, and music.

Inside our store there are several products and services that allow for expression.  Some of our services include Spanish lessons for 0 months to 5 years, reading camps, writing camps,  and Meet the Author/Artist nights. In the future, we plan to include Chinese and French classes. Furthermore, we carry bilingual books for children, DVD’s, plush toys to compliment the book characters, Putumayo cd’s, journals, cards, book bags, posters, educational games, and puppets. The genres of books include history, autobio and biographies, health, spiritual/religious, novels, nonfiction, teen, children, japanese manga, art/music, and self help.

Our interests are many. Thus, the  store showcases some of these including:  T’s that Tease, Culturally Correct Cards, and local and nationally known artwork.  In the collection are fun shirts i.e. week day series and politically provoking shirts to name a few categories. The cards have been around since 1989, which grew out of poetry. It is through perseverance that I am finally able to share my cards, thought provoking shirts and a sampling of some books and art of note. They all provide a forum to express oneself. Words are powerful and this belief has been the impetus behind the creation of the card and T-shirt lines. The books come from a variety of sources and may offer some lively banter, heated debate, and comic relief. We feature local and international offerings. Each month we have artist and author events. Culturally Correct Cards TM encompass some of the diversity of the world in terms of the following:

• Culture: African, Asian, European, Indian, Latino.
• Language: English, Spanish, and Chinese.
• Professions: Engineering, Medicine, and Teaching.

Since we have a strong commitment to doing our part to be an environmentally and socially responsible business, we provide our clients with reusable canvas bags or our paper sack shown here.

We have supported the Northville High School Literature and Art community publication Cavalcade, Hockey and other Athletic teams, M.A.D.D. of Southeast Michigan, Northville Rotary, Fraternal Order of Police #928 , Optimist, Garden, and Northville Newcomers Clubs, Girl Scouts, and VFW Post 4012  to name a few. In addition, we continue to provide our customer loyalty programs such as Frequent Reader , which provides a free book after 10 are purchased, birthday club, and special contests throughout the year for prizes.
